Through extensive research, he has even filed a PIL Public Interest Litigation in the Supreme Court of India. With a new initiative by the name Foundation for Borrowers Protection, Rights & Dignity, Mr. Surya Prakash aims to Protect the Rights, Restore Respect and Dignity of Credit Borrowers facing life’s most challenging circumstances. His battle is against the harsh realities of the SARFAESI Act, which often leaves individuals, families and even small businesses devastated and ostracized.
In his role as a Business Loans Evangelist and Business Coach, he educates Startup founders, MSME Entrepreneurs, and Women Business Owners on the nuances of business funding. Driven by a deep commitment to social impact, he has devoted his life to helping entrepreneurs navigate the complex world of business financing, identifying more than 225 Practical Ways to secure funds, and uncovering the often-overlooked challenges within the financial system. Drawing from extensive research & experience, he has identified 85 serious business concerns, 80 common mistakes, and 45 critical credit-related issues that frequently lead to loan rejections. His teachings, seminars, and more than 50 video tutorials guide entrepreneurs in overcoming these barriers, protecting them from common pitfalls, and positioning them for success.
